Hello, my name is Ron McTaggart. I am the eldest of four sons. Dad started the business when aluminum siding was the thing. Then came vinyl siding and eventually vinyl replacement windows and doors. We now provide new deck & rail systems! We have been serving the MA, VT, NH - Tri State area for three generations. Currently we have six family members working in the business. We also have two estimators and several non-relatives working in the business. As a rule we do not hire subcontractors but hire, train & certify all our own employees. In today's world, it is rare to find a group of people with the same goals. We believe our success is a by product, not a goal.

We claim to "earn customers for life". How? By having the right viewpoint, belief system, attitude, philosophy or whatever you want to call it. The point is, our family was raised to believe a person who is honest, goes the extra mile, accepts responsibility and appreciates the diversity of all people, will be able to sleep well at night. Now that's real success!
Fortunately for Vermont Vinyl, this family belief has spilled over into our business and attracted the best employees. For example we believe our service should benefit everyone. Our customers, our suppliers, our employees, our community, everyone!
This belief and the way we provide for our customers and our employees is clearly superior to our competitors. We whole heartedly strive to create an environment which fosters doing business as a "pleasure not a pressure".
We are not content with mediocre when excellence is attainable. We've learned that "Enduring Success" has no other foundation.
Our promise is to continually increase the value we provide relative to its cost. We know if we continue to improve faster than our competitors we will continue to succeed. If we ever become complacent we will be on a path to failure, no matter how successful we have been.
Continue improving research and development of the best value product for the home improvements needs in our market. To offer services at most reasonable costs. To treat everyone like family and help the needy.
Continue to be recognized as the most trusted, respected name in the window, siding, and door business in the tri-state area.
